Dear Kris and Darrell,
Thanks for your letter and certificate.
And for the many times you both have taken time to help this old timer
with yet another computer problem challenging him, and doing it always
with the attitude that, "You are important and we are glad to help
you." It has become usual to leave with the needed help and with the
parting shot from you, "Just anytime, come back again."
The tongue-in-cheek response to another of my many
stops at CC with a computer problem became, "You need a new computer."
Then you would guide me through and around the situation I had brought
to you and carefully explain how my old computer could work pretty well
after all.
When the CD ROM drive got to ailing I bought a new CD/DVD drive from CC
so I could view DVDs as well as resuming the regular tasks for that
drive. Later CC provided a DVD burner drive and then I could enjoy
copying discs to my heart's content. And when the floppy drive became
troublesome CC sold me a new one at a most reasonable price and, at my
age, I can't remember if I or they installed these new drives.
And when the time finally arrived for that new
computer they carefully moved those drives to the new unit and updated
most everything else without losing any of the files or programs I had
come to treasure as really important to me.
They, at CC, are very skilled, willing to help, and are always friendly
while doing what such an old fellow needs so often.

Being a senior citizen and not very knowledgeable of this modern day
electronics I definitely recommend to my friends when they encounter
computer problems
they should contact COUNTRY COMPUTERS.
I don't know and really don't want to know about the megabytes
and all of the other strange words connected with computers. I just
want to stay away from all the sicknesses (viruses, worms or whatever)
that a computer can have.
Country Computers keeps my computer healthy by installing all the
latest in software.
They never talk all that high tech lingo, but rather talk to me in
"Down to earth" language that even I can understand.
In brief, they take care of my computer when it has a problem. I TRUST
THEM COMPLETELY!
