Fast Service: We usually have a 2-3 day turn around on our service, although that may vary during the time of year (holidays being our busiest time and service time may be longer) We stand by our work! If you have a problem, call us or bring it back in and will get it corrected or determine the problem, no charge!

Affordable Support: For the individual we suggest you bring in your tower to us (no cords needed) we charge a FLAT bench fee (No hourly billing here) which includes:
- General Cleaning inside and out
- Evaluation of your computer’s upgradeability
- Troubleshoot your problem
- Cleaning of viruses and spy ware (if a deeper cleaning is needed an additional fee may be charged.
- Defragmentation
- Check the state of your Antivirus
Our customers do not have a surprise bill when they pick up their computers. We call and let them know when it is more than the original price at time of drop off.

We don’t steer you to the “latest and greatest” unless it is affordable and that is what works best for you. Our technicians go to the ninth degree to dot every “i” and cross every “t”.
- Unlike most computer stores, we save a customers data if their windows need to be reloaded.
- We reinstall any programs or games they have and reset their setting to the appropriate internet connections.
- We have a full 1 year warrantee for all parts (exception: modems) including a never heard of “Wave of Labor”. If our hard drive fails in the warrantee period and your operating system has to be reloaded because of our part: we do it for FREE. Plus we go out of our way to recover your lost data. For critical data, we have our Forensic software that can recover most data even after it has been lost.
- We go to the manufactures website for the current drivers, not using the old floppies that were given at the time of purchase or using Microsoft’s drivers. All computer stores in the area do it the lazy way, not the best way for the customer.
